Most multivitamins use token doses of generic ingredients. Good Dad uses therapeutic or near-clinical doses of actives chosen specifically for broken sleep, stress, energy depletion and cognitive load. The AM/PM split means energising ingredients in the morning and sleep-supportive ingredients in the evening. A single daily multivitamin can't do that.
Because your body needs different support at different times. Rhodiola and CoQ10 belong in the morning. Tart Cherry and L-Tryptophan belong in the evening. Combining them into one dose means the energising ingredients keep you awake, or the calming ones make you drowsy at work. The split avoids that entirely.
Some are, some aren't, and we tell you which is which. L-Theanine, Rhodiola, CoQ10 and L-Tryptophan are at or near therapeutic doses.
